MANY FACETS, ONE SINGLE FIRM
We are a business designed for businesses. People with different levels of seniority moving through various markets, with multiple areas of expertise. Glasford’s ‘melting pot’ of skills is the treasure we offer to our clients on a daily basis.
I have been practicing sailing since I was six. From the beginning, what most fascinated me was not the sea but the crew, because when people gather for a common goal always happens something amazing.
My career path has been people-driven and with the same belief today, as Associate Partner in Glasford, I manage Senior and Top Manager search & selection projects within various industries, both at national and international level.
After my degree in Law, with a specialization in Labor Law, I have built up a long-lasting career path within the Executive Search as Associate Partner, Manager and Senior Consultant.
Today I am satisfied with the opportunity to be a reference point within the crew: collaboration, trust and sharing are our essential principles to be increasingly reliable and capable business partners.
Partner & Business Strategy Leader
When I was a child, I wondered if “being idealist” could be a job: I dreamed of travelling the world, crossing every border, building bridges between cultures and creating value for a better world.
As Partner and Business Strategy Leader of Glasford, today I am responsible for defining Glasford’s business strategy. I do that by leading strategic marketing and communication activities as well as value proposition and business consulting team and activities. Moreover, I develop and manage clients’ relationships with a special focus on the industrial segment and, as part of the International Business Development Team, I promote cross-country opportunities and projects to enhance our global nature.
I believe that curiosity and continuous improvement are at the base of excellence achieving and this belief has mostly impacted on my education and career choices. In my toolbox today there are a Bachelor’s degree in Intercultural Communication, a Master’s degree in Sociology, and an executive master in Business Management.
Before joining Glasford, I have collected significant experiences as a consultant realizing the importance of co-design approach in order to help companies in their growth, through the enhancement of human capital.
Turn complexities, uncertainties and risks into opportunities, contributing to the evolution of the business system: this is my professional mission at the side of business leaders. And this is the most pragmatic and useful way of “being idealist”.
Marketing & Communication Specialist
I love numbers and rigor, as well as creativity and unexpected. Today I am Glasford’s Marketing & Communication Specialist, a role that allows me to express both my scientific soul and the more creative one. With this double approach I deal with business intelligence and communication, transmitting trends and projections to the consulting team with the aim of contributing to the scenarios understanding, in a constantly moving market, finding a common language between consultants, companies and managers. With engineering passion, I lead the CRM project and develop all corporate communication and digital branding activities: in these areas the continuous connection between data, forecasts and creativity is essential to be distinctive.
The path that led me to this role was intentionally divergent: I graduated in Mechanical Engineering and had various experiences in finance and marketing. When I met Glasford, I was looking for a turning point: I found a challenging environment animated by adventurous people.
Today words, numbers and graphics intertwine daily in my work as valid allies for the three-dimensional interpretation of market and business.
Senior Search Associate
When I was a child, I had lots of ideas, as many as the flowers of the shop I would have be owner of.
Today as Glasford’s Senior Search Associate my aim is to look for the most suitable candidates for the evolutionary moment that the company is experiencing.
I don’t like pre-established recipes: I believe in the value of deep understanding within each project, in the importance of combining an overall overview and a detailed vision, probing all possible paths in order to reach a precise focus on the solution.
For this reason, it is essential to collect and connect technical and business information from the market, in its various segments, to build an in-depth knowledge of the project and to transmit it clearly within the organization as well as towards the customer.
I make the manager’s transition smoother and more conscious thanks to the strong focus and comprehension of his development leverages alongside his learning and career path.
After countless paths traveled and successful projects, today I am a reference point and a trusted partner both for my colleagues and our clients, always striving for the solution they do not expect.
Partner & Operations Strategy Leader
I have nature in my heart since I was born. When I was a child, I was used to observe the country in front of me, admiring its colors and lights. This overall vision, beyond the boundaries of details, is the most important value that I daily add to my job.
As Partner, I support companies in their evolution connecting their strategy, people and organizational culture. As Operations Strategy Leader, I build teams for each research project, with the aim of providing the best solution for each client. In doing so, I contribute in sharing the company’s know-how, building a quality model founded on Glasford’s tridimensional model.
I always tried to understand the complexity: I have a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology and an executive Master in General Management. I applied my learned skills both in the corporate HR function and in consulting activities. My look today can rely on a consolidated methodological heritage, ready to explore and discover the person that will get into the company. Today, as yesterday, I keep looking for harmony in the complexity: evolution can only be realized with an openminded approach, both for companies and for people.
As a child, I had the talent to see the inherent potential in people and to orient them towards choices that, perhaps, they would not do. With those same eyes, now I look at companies with the aim of helping them in their evolution, overcoming limits and difficulties.
I am the keeper of a dream called Glasford that keeps on growing thanks to the involvement of all the stakeholders. I take care of all connections between people and companies, without losing the path marked out by our founding values: intellectual honesty, humanism, cross-fertilization and extra-mile.
I managed several companies as Executive Vice President, Managing Director and Board Member. These have been different experiences within the same journey. Each lesson learned, each relationship opened, each breakthrough made me acquire a global vision and understand that every evolutionary gesture is always aware, transparent and revolutionary. Exploration, discovery, connections are for people who want more of the world “as it is” and look for new solutions. People capable of creating value for the company and for the society in the name of common well-being.
I am a sailor and a runner, just like I dreamed as a kid. My run in Executive Search started in 1980, as HR Manager and Senior HR VP in several companies, both in Italy and in Europe.
In 1998 I contributed to the start-up of Glasford International. I didn’t stop running but I started a new journey: the road is the whole world and I assembled the crew around me.
Our purpose is to help companies in their evolution, promoting connections between human capital and corporate culture, building the path together, finding the best solution. Today I provide all my knowledge, from stakeholders’ listening to business scenarios’ comprehension, always running the extra-mile and looking for excellence in our People Discovery projects.
As a kid I had many ideas on the future. The one I believed the most was to become a dancer: a person that, without any visible effort, twirls on the stage.
As Glasford’s Office Manager I ensure that the show runs seamlessly and smoothly. I am behind the scenes coordinating, managing and resolving, because my job is about taking care of all processes supporting the team, ascertaining that everything is in its place and everything goes effortlessly. The path that took me here was led by the desire to face new challenges and by curiosity: I took a degree in Labour Psychology, and I have been working in the Executive Search from more than twenty years. I am convinced that the perfect balance is inherent in my management activities, so that all People Discovery projects proceed with harmony.
Passion is everything, I always thought it. Even when I was a kid and wanted to become a sports agent, discover talents and guiding them in the most important steps of their career.
With this attitude, today I play the role of Principal in Glasford International. My goal is to get in touch with an increasing number of stakeholders, to guide and advise them applying the skills acquired in years of experience in Executive Search. In detail, I have a specific focus on corporate transaction market, in which mid-size and pan-European private equity funds becomes new shareholders. For these investors, for the investment banks and for all the advisors involved, I also oversee their teams’ reinforcing.
The admission to the Italian bar, combined with a post-graduate degree in Public Affairs & Corporate Finance Communication at LUISS Business School and a great passion for foreign languages allowed me to embrace first the strategy department of a Fortune 500 company, and then to become a Consultant in the Executive Search market.
These experiences have been crucial to become, today, a pivot in Glasford’s “People Discovery” projects and lead our partners in a new structural evolution.
My childhood was fascinated by the dream of becoming a hermit: a paradox, since my biggest passions have always been relationships and music. As an adult, I can say that my job is to create solid networks.
Connecting and evolving are the core of my job in Glasford: in my everyday activities within the North-East system, I support our clients in their development, genuinely representing their mission, at both local and international levels.
My Bachelor’s Degree in Political Sciences and International Relationships and a Master’s Degree in Scientific Communication gave me the foundations on which I built significative experiences in HR consulting, with increasing responsibilities. In detail, I coordinated teams involved in organizational start-up projects for multinationals and I managed teams focused on talent acquisition, with a special focus on the strengthening of digital skills.
All these experiences have been crucial: people, projects and companies drew the path that made me a representative of Glasford’s “People Discovery” philosophy, looking for a harmonious symphony for the company.
Senior Search Associate
Each thing in nature has its function. Even a leaf can open a world composed by slight nuances perfectly connected. The possibility to bothly have an overall and detailed view have always fascinated me, and as Glasford’s Senior Search Associate I can fully express this attitude.
I analyze companies committing myself to find people with solid values and an innovative approach that, together with the necessary technical skills, can lead their worth to the business project.
I built my education trying to answer a question: why people choose one professional path instead of another? What motivates them? What drives them for change? I collected a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Psychology, a Master’s Degree in HR and a postgraduate course in Business Coaching. As a professional, I have gained experience as Consultant, HR Specialist, Senior Recruiter and HR Manager.
In my job I bring my ability to comprehend relationship and my “thinking outside the box” instinct: unavoidable aspects to help the business system evolving and innovating.
