OUR GOAL

We are Evo­lu­tion­ers: our goal is to cre­ate a vir­tu­ous cir­cle between peo­ple and busi­ness­es, to bring both of them toward the real­iza­tion of their goals as well as to stim­u­late pos­i­tive growth of the entire so-called ‘sis­tema imp­rese’. Con­t­a­m­i­na­tion and con­nec­tion of cul­tures and val­ues is how we look at the world: Diver­si­ty, Equi­ty & Inclu­sion are an inher­ent com­po­nent of this, not to pro­duce a sum of the parts, but to accom­plish a new unex­pect­ed and deci­sive per­spec­tive, an open space in which to evolve on behalf of sus­tain­abil­i­ty — not only envi­ron­men­tal, but also social and of governance.

OUR STRUCTURE

Our Board is the pro­mot­er and guar­an­tee of our val­ues, both exter­nal­ly and with­in our organization, and rep­re­sents a com­pa­ny that expe­ri­ences first­hand the orga­ni­za­tion­al issues at the heart of strate­gic choic­es rel­e­vant to the busi­ness world. For this rea­son also, the Board of Direc­tors has been expand­ed, to con­tin­ue to evolve with an eye to the future and tes­ti­fy to our sen­si­tiv­i­ty and com­mit­ment to issues such as Diver­si­ty, Equi­ty & Inclu­sion. Inter­nal­ly, we strive dai­ly to cre­ate an orga­ni­za­tion­al con­text that sup­ports the enhance­ment of each per­son, with his or her pecu­liar­i­ties, thus sup­port­ing the growth of our employ­ees, start­ing from the sup­port of the tal­ents that each one of them expresses.

OUR COMMITMENT

Our process­es place inclu­sion at the cen­ter, because only by valu­ing the unique­ness of each per­son is it pos­si­ble to con­tribute to evo­lu­tion. Our research and selec­tion method respects the prin­ci­ples of equal oppor­tu­ni­ty and impar­tial­i­ty, con­tribut­ing towards the cre­ation of a con­text in which dif­fer­ent per­spec­tives work syn­er­gis­ti­cal­ly to cre­ate new solu­tions, as a response to the chal­lenges of a con­stant­ly evolv­ing market.

indi­cates every­thing that makes a per­son unique, a set of fea­tures that, by res­onat­ing with the com­pa­ny, can become a val­ue and com­pet­i­tive advan­tage for the organization.

means striv­ing to ren­der it pos­si­ble to every­one access­ing oppor­tu­ni­ties, look­ing at the open space that opens up around us, with­out plac­ing bound­aries on what every­one may do and, indeed, inspir­ing each one to always go one step beyond what they think they are capa­ble of achieving.

INCLUSION

indi­cates all those actions that aim to remove all kinds of dis­crim­i­na­tion (be it of gen­der, age, sex­u­al ori­en­ta­tion and iden­ti­ty, dis­abil­i­ty, health sta­tus, eth­nic­i­ty, nation­al­i­ty, polit­i­cal opin­ion, reli­gious faith), allow­ing every­one to freely express their dis­tinc­tive traits, giv­ing new per­spec­tives and stim­u­lat­ing growth through con­fronta­tion with­in the com­mu­ni­ty in which peo­ple behave.
