I’m a sailor and a run­ner, just like I dreamed as a kid. My run in Exec­u­tive Search start­ed in 1980, as HR Man­ag­er and Senior HR VP in sev­er­al com­pa­nies, both in Italy and in Europe.

In 1998 I con­tributed to the start-up of Glas­ford Inter­na­tion­al. I didn’t stop run­ning but I start­ed a new jour­ney: the road is the whole world and I assem­bled the crew around me.

Our pur­pose is to help com­pa­nies in their evo­lu­tion, pro­mot­ing con­nec­tions between human cap­i­tal and cor­po­rate cul­ture, build­ing the path togeth­er, find­ing the best solu­tion, pro­vid­ing all our knowl­edge, from stake­hold­ers’ lis­ten­ing to busi­ness sce­nar­ios’ com­pre­hen­sion, always run­ning the extra-mile and look­ing for excel­lence in our Peo­ple Dis­cov­ery projects.
