Office Manager

Business Facilitator

Oversee & Support

As a kid I had many ideas on the future. The one I believed the most was to become a dancer: a person that, without any visible effort, twirls on the stage.

As Glasford’s Office Manager I ensure that the show runs seamlessly and smoothly. I’m behind the scenes coordinating, managing and resolving, because my job is about taking care of all processes supporting the team, ascertaining that everything is in its place and everything goes effortlessly.

The path that took me here was led by the desire to face new challenges and by curiosity: I took a degree in Labour Psychology, and I have been working in the Executive Search from more than twenty years. I am convinced that the perfect balance is inherent in my management activities, so that all People Discovery projects proceed with harmony.
