If I had to describe myself, I could say that I have a “pragmatic fantasy”: I love mandalas, drawings, constructions and all the manual activities that require both creativity and technical knowledge. When I dedicate myself to one of them, I commit myself to look for patterns and proportions that can help me structure and realize what I have in mind, through study, calculation and dialogue with the people around me.

I graduated in Economics and have been working in Executive Search for over thirty years, both in consulting firms and as a freelancer. My approach with my passions is very similar to what I do in my job: in fact, as Glasford Senior Search Associate, during each new project I listen carefully and deepen the peculiarities of the company and the person sought, identifying myself and trying to fully understand the technical and sectoral aspects that make each role unique. In this process, dialogue and discussion with other people are fundamental to enrich my knowledge and grasp the different points of view, in order to generate new ideas and interesting alternatives that can lead me to identify the best solution.

This is the only possible way to help professionals to realize their aspirations and companies to keep up with the changes in the market to achieve their goals, thus favoring the evolution of the entire “sistema imprese”.
