I have nature in my heart since I was born. When I was a child, I was used to observe the country in front of me, admiring its colors and lights. This overall vision, beyond the boundaries of details, is the most important value that I daily add to my job.
As Partner, I support companies in their evolution connecting their strategy, people and organizational culture. As Human Capital Solutions Director, I develop clients’ relationships to understand their needs and culture, with the aim of providing the best solution for each client embracing our three business lines. At Glasford, in fact, we deal with each project as a path of exploration, in which we provide know-how and advisory skills to accompany the company in its evolution.
I always tried to understand the complexity: I have a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology and an executive Master in General Management. I applied my learned skills both in the corporate HR function and in consulting activities. My look today can rely on a consolidated methodological heritage, ready to explore and discover the person that will get into the company. Today, as yesterday, I keep looking for harmony in the complexity: evolution can only be realized with an open-minded approach, both for companies and for people.
