Think­ing about my child­hood, I could say that I was “born in the com­pa­ny”, because since I was a child I spent a lot of time in the fam­i­ly busi­ness and I have always been fas­ci­nat­ed by every­thing that led com­pa­nies to work in the best way. This is the rea­son why I stud­ied Account­ing first and then Inter­na­tion­al Eco­nom­ics: enter­ing the world of Exec­u­tive Search and “Peo­ple Dis­cov­ery” was a nat­ur­al con­se­quence of my desire to know com­pa­nies and mar­kets, with par­tic­u­lar atten­tion to the North-East sys­tem.

 

My dai­ly goal is to help com­pa­nies evolve by meet­ing peo­ple who can con­tribute to pro­ject­ing it towards the future, by inte­grat­ing them­selves into the orga­ni­za­tion and believ­ing in its val­ues and projects. As a Senior Con­sul­tant in Glas­ford, I always ana­lyze not only the need of the moment, but also the con­text as a whole and the mar­ket in its changes, to acquire a long-term vision through which I can iden­ti­fy the most suit­able solu­tion.

 

Each project is unique: for this rea­son, in my opin­ion is essen­tial to fos­ter a con­tin­u­ous dia­logue with col­leagues, cus­tomers and can­di­dates, acquir­ing infor­ma­tion and seiz­ing new points of view, because only by con­tin­u­al­ly improv­ing it is pos­si­ble to accom­pa­ny both the per­son and the entire busi­ness sys­tem in their evo­lu­tion.
