Thinking about my childhood, I could say that I was “born in the company”, because since I was a child I spent a lot of time in the family business and I have always been fascinated by everything that led companies to work in the best way. This is the reason why I studied Accounting first and then International Economics: entering the world of Executive Search and “People Discovery” was a natural consequence of my desire to know companies and markets, with particular attention to the North-East system.
My daily goal is to help companies evolve by meeting people who can contribute to projecting it towards the future, by integrating themselves into the organization and believing in its values and projects. As a Senior Consultant in Glasford, I always analyze not only the need of the moment, but also the context as a whole and the market in its changes, to acquire a long-term vision through which I can identify the most suitable solution.
Each project is unique: for this reason, in my opinion is essential to foster a continuous dialogue with colleagues, customers and candidates, acquiring information and seizing new points of view, because only by continually improving it is possible to accompany both the person and the entire business system in their evolution.
