The common thread of my entire academic and professional path has always been the desire to know the world and humanity in all its facets: places, languages or people, everything unknown has always fascinated me. As a child I dreamed of working with different worlds and cultures, using skills and creativity to mediate between them and find the winning solution for everyone.
I think I have succeeded in this goal. As Talent Strategy & Employer Branding Project Manager, I collaborate with different organizations, discovering what makes them unique and suggesting them the most innovative solutions to engage the best talents. Empathy and curiosity lead me to engage in a continuous dialogue with people to understand their needs and expectations – which today more than ever require companies to change their approach to meet them.
I strongly believe that no organization can grow without taking care of its people. For this reason, my daily commitment is to ensure that companies’ goals are achieved answering employees’ needs, making tangible the Employer Value Proposition and the promises made to candidates through increasingly disruptive and engaging activities, methodologies, and tools.
