If I had to describe myself, I’d say I’m gifted with a great creativity. For this reason, as a child, I dreamed of becoming a writer or screenwriter: what attracted me most of all was the possibility of creating characters who, by interacting with each other, would give life to a compelling story.
I studied Political Science to best visualize all the roads I could have taken, and later attended a Master’s program in Human Resources. Over the course of my experience as a recruiter, I have completed very different projects and have become passionate about each one, convinced that growth, both personal and professional, is driven by ever-new stimuli and urges.
With the same passion and curiosity as when I was a child, today — as a Senior Search Associate at Glasford — I always try to go beyond the surface and to approach each project with a critical eye and an open mind, to fully understand the needs of the company and the peculiarities of the candidate.
What I am most passionate about and proud of what I do is the opportunity to contribute to a change, by finding the person who not only has the skills to properly perform the task the business needs, but most of all is able to make a difference and be an advocate for change.
