Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Ever since I was a child, I was always led by a deep longing to be useful and to lighten people’s path, making them see how valuable they were and how much beauty was already inside them.

I fulfill this need today with the same enthusiasm as I did then. At Glasford, as Associate Partner and Head of Assessment Architecture & People Metrics, I stand alongside people and organizations to help them to tune capabilities and know-how, expressed talent and future potential, enabling each person to express the best of him or herself. I tackle challenges by always thinking that there is a solution to everything, and that if it has not yet been found, we need to take a more close and accurate analysis, looking at the data, at the numbers, which help us as predictors when questioned in the right way, and engaging professionals and colleagues to ensure that the best expertise and answers will be granted for clients.

My degree in Work and Organizational Psychology was followed by several in-depth studies in research methodology applied to psychometrics and social sciences and I have, in addition, completed my training with a four-year specialization in Cognitive-Constructivist Psychotherapy. I have been working for 24 years as an occupational and organizational psychologist, in a journey of evolution that has seen me operate as a coach, trainer and also as a manager.

I have never stopped studying and willing to understand the background of things, to help organizations bring their goals to life, to experiment and to undertake courageous operations when needed, together with their people: there is no innovation, success or any kind of evolution without people who are willing and able to do it. This is how I contribute and how I am part of our “to be evolutioner.”
