3. We process your personal data for these purposes

We use your per­so­nal data to ful­fil pre-con­trac­tual, con­trac­tual, post-con­trac­tual and sta­tu­to­ry obli­ga­tions (Art. 6 para. 1 b, c GDPR).

 

We requi­re your per­so­nal data if you enter into a con­tract with us or within the sco­pe of legal obli­ga­tions to which we are sub­ject, e.g. in the con­text of an exe­cu­ti­ve search or in the con­text of the acti­vi­ties of our Assess­ment and Deve­lo­p­ment Center.

 

Howe­ver, we some­ti­mes requi­re your per­so­nal data befo­re you con­clu­de a con­tract with us, or even after­wards (e.g. to pre­pa­re an offer, to cla­ri­fy ambi­gui­ties, for invoi­cing). Howe­ver, we also pro­cess your per­so­nal data to ful­fil other legal obli­ga­tions to which we are sub­ject (e.g. tax obligations).

 

We use your per­so­nal data to safe­guard the legi­ti­ma­te inte­rests of us or a third par­ty (Art. 6 para. 1 f GDPR).

 

We pro­cess your per­so­nal data even if we or a third par­ty have a legi­ti­ma­te inte­re­st in it: e.g. to secu­re our debt risk, we can obtain infor­ma­tion on cre­dit­wor­thi­ness or have a debt col­lec­tion car­ried out and within the fra­mework of a busi­ness con­tact we pro­cess con­tact data of the con­tact per­sons of our busi­ness custo­mers. We also use your per­so­nal data in the con­text of direct adver­ti­sing, unless you have objec­ted to this.

In indi­vi­dual cases we need your con­cre­te con­sent for the pro­ces­sing of your per­so­nal data. In such cases, we will ask you in advan­ce for your con­sent and inform you separately

4. Your obligation to disclose personal data

If we beco­me acti­ve for you (e.g. in the con­text of a con­tract), we can only do this if you pro­vi­de us with all the neces­sa­ry per­so­nal data. If you do not wish us to do this, we can­not act on your behalf. In some cases the­re is also a legal obli­ga­tion to pro­vi­de us with your per­so­nal data; we will inform you sepa­ra­te­ly in such a case.

5. We obtain the personal data from these sources

We pro­cess the per­so­nal data that we recei­ve from you. In addi­tion, whe­re per­mit­ted, we pro­cess per­so­nal data obtai­ned from public sour­ces (e.g. Xing, Lin­ke­dIN, etc.), (infor­ma­tion about can­di­da­tes), deb­tor direc­to­ries (cre­dit­wor­thi­ness data) or other sour­ces (e.g. cre­dit agen­cies (cre­dit­wor­thi­ness data)). We will be hap­py to pro­vi­de you with fur­ther details in indi­vi­dual cases.

6. Your rights

If you would like to know which per­so­nal data we have sto­red about you, we will tell you, becau­se you have a right to infor­ma­tion accor­ding to Art. 15 GDPR in con­nec­tion with § 34 BDSG.

 

If you inform us that per­so­nal data is incor­rect, we must cor­rect this per­so­nal data. You have a right to cor­rec­tion accor­ding to Art. 16 GDPR.

 

You have the right to dele­te your per­so­nal data in accor­dan­ce with Art. 17 GDPR in con­junc­tion with § 35 BDSG.

 

In rare cases (e.g. if it is not clear whe­ther per­so­nal data is cor­rect or incor­rect or if we would like to dele­te your per­so­nal data but you do not want us to do so) you may reque­st that your per­so­nal data be restric­ted in its pro­ces­sing. You have the right to limit the pro­ces­sing of your per­so­nal data in accor­dan­ce with Art. 18 GDPR.

 

You have a right of objec­tion pur­suant to Art. 21 GDPR.

 

You can revo­ke your con­sent to the pro­ces­sing of your per­so­nal data at any time with effect for the future.

 

If you do not wish to recei­ve direct adver­ti­sing from us, you can object to this at any time and we will no lon­ger use your per­so­nal data for direct adver­ti­sing in the future.

 

If you object to the pro­ces­sing of your per­so­nal data, this will not affect the lega­li­ty of the pro­ces­sing on the basis of your con­sent until objec­tion is received.

 

You have a right to data trans­fer in accor­dan­ce with Art. 20 GDPR.

 

If you make use of your rights, it will nor­mal­ly cost you nothing. Plea­se con­tact us in such a case.

 

If you have a com­plaint or a que­stion about data pro­tec­tion, plea­se con­tact us (point 1 abo­ve). You also have the right to com­plain to a super­vi­so­ry authority.

7. Recipients to whom we share your personal information

We use your per­so­nal data within Glasford Inter­na­tio­nal® Ita­ly to ful­fil our con­trac­tual or legal obligations.

 

If neces­sa­ry and per­mis­si­ble or legal­ly obli­ga­to­ry, we pass on your per­so­nal data to third par­ties or to con­tract pro­ces­sors. Third par­ties are from the point of view of can­di­da­tes whom we look for on behalf of our custo­mers for con­cre­te job vacan­cies also the­se custo­mers. Here we ask sepa­ra­te­ly for your con­sent. Order pro­ces­sors pro­cess per­so­nal data on our behalf and exclu­si­ve­ly accor­ding to our spe­ci­fi­ca­tions. Third par­ties or con­tract pro­ces­sors are, for exam­ple, IT com­pa­nies (e.g. to ope­ra­te our web­si­te), cre­dit agen­cies (to check cre­dit­wor­thi­ness) or debt col­lec­tion companies.

8. We store your personal data as brief as possible.

We sto­re your per­so­nal data for as long as is neces­sa­ry to ful­fil our con­trac­tual obli­ga­tion or a legal obli­ga­tion. Your per­so­nal data will be dele­ted as soon as we no lon­ger need it and no law requi­res us to sto­re it fur­ther. Your per­so­nal data will not be dele­ted as long as it is nee­ded to assert, exer­ci­se or defend legal claims.

9. Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the EU or to international organisations. Processing based on an automated decision does not take place with us. Profiling (the automated processing with the aim of evaluating certain personal aspects) does not take place with us.
