We use your personal data to safeguard the legitimate interests of us or a third party (Art. 6 para. 1 f GDPR).
We process your personal data even if we or a third party have a legitimate interest in it: e.g. to secure our debt risk, we can obtain information on creditworthiness or have a debt collection carried out and within the framework of a business contact we process contact data of the contact persons of our business customers. If you do not wish us to do this, we cannot act on your behalf. In some cases there is also a legal obligation to provide us with your personal data; we will inform you separately in such a case.
We process the personal data that we receive from you. In addition, where permitted, we process personal data obtained from public sources (e.g. Xing, LinkedIN, etc.), (information about candidates), debtor directories (creditworthiness data) or other sources (e.g. credit agencies (creditworthiness data)). We will be happy to provide you with further details in individual cases.

You have the right to limit the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR.
You have a right of objection pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR.
You can revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time with effect for the future.
If you do not wish to receive direct advertising from us, you can object to this at any time and we will no longer use your personal data for direct advertising in the future.
