As a kid I had many ideas on the future. The one I believed the most was to become a dancer: a per­son that, with­out any vis­i­ble effort, twirls on the stage.

As Glasford’s Office Man­ag­er I ensure that the show runs seam­less­ly and smooth­ly. I’m behind the scenes coor­di­nat­ing, man­ag­ing and resolv­ing, because my job is about tak­ing care of all process­es sup­port­ing the team, ascer­tain­ing that every­thing is in its place and every­thing goes effort­less­ly.

The path that took me here was led by the desire to face new chal­lenges and by curios­i­ty: I took a degree in Labour Psy­chol­o­gy, and I have been work­ing in the Exec­u­tive Search from more than twen­ty years. I am con­vinced that the per­fect bal­ance is inher­ent in my man­age­ment activ­i­ties, so that all Peo­ple Dis­cov­ery projects pro­ceed with har­mo­ny.
