Glasford’s foundation stone was laid in 1993, when Riccardo Lamanna and Massimo Quizielvu – together with other entrepreneurs – conceived the creation of an international Executive Search project. A pioneering idea: a network with no owners, led by different entrepreneurs located in different countries and driven by the intention to enhance entrepreneurship and corroborate accountability in each country. A unique project marked by a common philosophy and a common mindset.
2021 saw the foundation of the Group that sees us operating together with Eos Management Consulting, a management consulting firm that acts as a partner for its clients in their business evolution, through the levers of Human Capital and Organisation. The Group’s offer was born from the encounter between complementary and converging looks, united by the same values. In 2024, Kairé Consulting joined our Group, to further strengthen the offering dedicated to respond to the needs and demands of SMEs.
