People Discovery

Since I was a child, I was driven by the curiosity to look at the history of each person. For this reason, I never imagined myself in a profession other than the psychologist: moved by the desire to affect the contexts we live in most of our time, I studied Work and Organizational Psychology. To support people in addressing even the most complex evolutionary paths, I have also earned a four-year specialization in Psychotherapy.

For more than 15 years I have been working in management consulting, accompanying people and companies to understand how to evolve and how to create the engagement they need to “equip” themselves for new challenges. A mentor of mine used to say that “only when we accept things as they are, we can change them”. In my day-to-day work, it means designing assessment projects that enable people to become more aware of their strengths and their areas of improvement, to fully express their talents. At the same time, I build Change Management and Leadership Development programs together with companies, accompanying them in a lucid mapping of the situation as it is, defining the best way to project oneself towards the set goals.

As Senior Manager in Glasford, I take care of each project and each person, with the desire to contribute to each one’s transformative processes and, at the same time, ready to be transformed by these encounters… because we only evolve together.
