As a child, I had the tal­ent to see the inher­ent poten­tial in peo­ple and to ori­ent them towards choic­es that, per­haps, they would not do. With those same eyes, now I look at com­pa­nies with the aim of help­ing them in their evo­lu­tion, over­com­ing lim­its and dif­fi­cul­ties.

I’m the keep­er of a dream called Glas­ford that keeps on grow­ing thanks to the involve­ment of all the stake­hold­ers. I take care of all con­nec­tions between peo­ple and com­pa­nies, with­out los­ing the path marked out by our found­ing val­ues: intel­lec­tu­al hon­esty, human­ism, cross-fer­til­iza­tion and extra-mile.

I man­aged sev­er­al com­pa­nies as Exec­u­tive Vice Pres­i­dent, Man­ag­ing Direc­tor and Board Mem­ber. These have been dif­fer­ent expe­ri­ences with­in the same jour­ney. Each les­son learned, each rela­tion­ship opened, each break­through made me acquire a glob­al vision and under­stand that every evo­lu­tion­ary ges­ture is always aware, trans­par­ent and rev­o­lu­tion­ary. Explo­ration, dis­cov­ery, con­nec­tions are for peo­ple who want more of the world “as it is” and look for new solu­tions. Peo­ple capa­ble of cre­at­ing val­ue for the com­pa­ny and for the soci­ety in the name of com­mon well-being.
