Each thing in nature has its func­tion. Even a leaf can open a world com­posed by slight nuances per­fect­ly con­nect­ed. The pos­si­bil­i­ty to both­ly have an over­all and detailed view have always fas­ci­nat­ed me, and as Glasford’s Senior Search Asso­ciate I can ful­ly express this atti­tude.

I ana­lyze com­pa­nies com­mit­ting myself to find peo­ple with sol­id val­ues and an inno­v­a­tive approach that, togeth­er with the nec­es­sary tech­ni­cal skills, can lead their worth to the busi­ness project.

I built my edu­ca­tion try­ing to answer a ques­tion: why peo­ple choose one pro­fes­sion­al path instead of anoth­er? What moti­vates them? What dri­ves them for change? I col­lect­ed a Bachelor’s Degree in Orga­ni­za­tion­al Psy­chol­o­gy, a Master’s Degree in HR and a post­grad­u­ate course in Busi­ness Coach­ing. As a pro­fes­sion­al, I have gained expe­ri­ence as Con­sul­tant, HR Spe­cial­ist, Senior Recruiter and HR Man­ag­er.

In my job I bring my abil­i­ty to com­pre­hend rela­tion­ship and my “think­ing out­side the box” instinct: unavoid­able aspects to help the busi­ness sys­tem evolv­ing and inno­vat­ing.
