I am a film enthu­si­ast and, if I had to describe my job, I could do it by bor­row­ing a quote from Tarantino’s film Pulp Fic­tion: “I am Mr Wolf and I solve prob­lems”.

In Glas­ford, I am Project Man­age­ment Offi­cer & Board Assis­tant: in this role I active­ly sup­port the Board in the imple­men­ta­tion of strate­gic projects guar­an­tee­ing their oper­a­tional excel­lence. In doing so, I am com­mit­ted to antic­i­pat­ing their needs and help­ing them to solve the dif­fi­cul­ties they may encounter, con­tribut­ing to the max­i­mum suc­cess of each project and increas­ing the val­ue we can gen­er­ate.

Dur­ing my pro­fes­sion­al expe­ri­ence, I have always been dri­ven by a strong desire for improve­ment, which results in a con­tin­u­ous search for new ideas and learn­ing oppor­tu­ni­ties, with­out ever tak­ing any­thing for grant­ed. I am con­vinced that the evo­lu­tion – both the individual’s one and the company’s one – is pos­si­ble only thanks to the con­t­a­m­i­na­tion between the expe­ri­ences and the skills of the peo­ple who make up the com­pa­ny. After all, some­times we con­sid­er a film beau­ti­ful because it doesn’t fit into a sin­gle genre.
