For all my life, I have been driven by a great curiosity for knowledge: that is why, as a child, I used to dream of becoming a mermaid to explore the sea. Then, growing up, an archaeologist to discover ancient places and cultures or a geologist to understand natural phenomena. I not only wanted to discover the world, but also to understand myself and people around me: that is why I studied Psychology, later specializing in Occupational Psychology.

In my professional experience I tried to discover and explore as many things as possible, from assessment to coaching and training to organizational communication. Today, as a Senior Manager in Glasford, I help organizations and their teams to understand each person’s talent and potential, to best accompany them on their growth journey. In doing so, I co-construct reference systems with companies through which to explain people’s behaviors and understand how to build positive organizational contexts in which people participate with confidence and motivation.

Today, as when I was a child, I continue to search for new horizons through dialogue and relationship with other people, inside and outside the organization, because I do believe that this is the way to trigger every growth path.
