I’ve always been very creative: ever since I was a child, I enjoyed drawing, taking photographs, singing, and inventing rhymes. I always knew that I would pursue a professional path that would allow me to express this inclination of mine and put it to the service of others. That’s why, after studying Philosophy, I approached the world of Communication and Employer Branding.
Today, as a Talent Strategy & Employer Branding Specialist I can fully embrace my inclinations: on one hand, the ability to observe every situation with an analytical, critical, and creative eye, and on the other hand, the desire to offer my perspective to companies, helping them grasp new outlooks and develop innovative tools to better meet their people’s expectations and attract the best talents.
This is the approach that guides me in formulating solutions to enhance the company’s People Strategy and talent engagement, knowing that, now more than ever, organizations are called upon to build a work environment that promotes inclusion, wellbeing, and people satisfaction. That’s why I strive every day to ensure that these promises become a reality.
