I have been prac­tic­ing sail­ing since I was six. From the begin­ning, what most fas­ci­nat­ed me was not the sea but the crew, because when peo­ple gath­er for a com­mon goal always hap­pens some­thing amaz­ing.

My career path has been peo­ple-dri­ven and with the same belief today, as Senior Con­sul­tant in Glas­ford, I man­age Senior and Top Man­ag­er search & selec­tion projects with­in var­i­ous indus­tries, both at nation­al and inter­na­tion­al lev­el.

After my degree in Law, with a spe­cial­iza­tion in Labor Law, I have built up a long-last­ing career path with­in the Exec­u­tive Search.

Today I am sat­is­fied with the oppor­tu­ni­ty to be a ref­er­ence point with­in the crew: col­lab­o­ra­tion, trust and shar­ing are our essen­tial prin­ci­ples to be increas­ing­ly reli­able and capa­ble busi­ness part­ners.
