My story is related to a fortunate change of direction: as a child I envisioned becoming a primary school English teacher but, after approaching the world of Executive Search, I never left it.
Training and learning remain pivotal aspects of my journey. I still believe in the importance of drawing inspiration from the people around me, continually seeking ideas to enhance my way of working and to meet the needs of the businesses I support in their search for leaders. This is what I would have wanted to impart to children if I had become a teacher: that studying and method are important, but equally crucial is the understanding that we can learn something from anyone, in any circumstance.
Joining Glasford as a Senior Search Associate was also driven by this desire for continuous improvement. What truly captured me was the focus on people, their desires, and their aptitudes. And Glasford pays attention not only to organizations’ needs, assisting them in achieving their objectives, but also to its own team members, who make it all possible. Because it’s only through continuous personal improvement that we can contribute to the evolution of society and the people who surround us.
