Since I was a child, I always defined myself as an ide­al­ist: I dreamed of trav­el­ling the world, build­ing bridges between cul­tures and cre­at­ing val­ue for a bet­ter world.

Dri­ven by curios­i­ty and con­tin­u­ous improve­ment I built my career path always look­ing for cross-fer­til­iza­tion and human­ism. As Head of Exec­u­tive Search, I lead our Busi­ness Line ensur­ing the oper­a­tional excel­lence and the qual­i­ty of our con­sult­ing approach, respond­ing to the deep needs relat­ed with Exec­u­tive Search. My pro­fes­sion­al mis­sion at the side of CEOs and Board Mem­bers is to sup­port com­pa­nies in their evo­lu­tion, whether it comes as a result of organ­ic growth or extra­or­di­nary trans­ac­tions. I also con­tributed to the strate­gic repo­si­tion­ing and devel­op­ment of our per­spec­tive on this busi­ness: from Head Hunt­ing to Peo­ple Dis­cov­ery.

I nev­er stopped being an ide­al­ist. Being Part­ner and Board Mem­ber allows me to con­verge cor­po­rate ideals and pur­pose to gen­er­ate new val­ue start­ing from our com­pa­ny, from our peo­ple, for the evo­lu­tion of our ‘sis­tema imp­rese’.
