As a child, my curiosity led me to think that when I grew up I would be a scientist. I enjoyed experimenting and observing the nature around me, examining as much objects and their composition as living things and their behaviours.
As I grew up, I developed a longing to understand what moves people within society and business, learning about the levers on which one can act to make the company more efficient and productive. That is why I graduated in Work and Organizational Psychology and have a Master’s degree in Business & Organization Psychology Coaching.
Today, as a Senior Consultant in Glasford, I am not afraid to take on new challenges and continue to use that curious approach which guided me as a child to be a facilitator of the process of business evolution: skills of observation, analysis and reasoning help me to find the appropriate solution for both the organization and the professionals, in relation to the unique and specific features represented by these two worlds.
