The com­mon thread of my entire aca­d­e­m­ic and pro­fes­sion­al path has always been the desire to know the world and human­i­ty in all its facets: places, lan­guages or peo­ple, every­thing unknown has always fas­ci­nat­ed me. As a child I dreamed of work­ing with dif­fer­ent worlds and cul­tures, using skills and cre­ativ­i­ty to medi­ate between them and find the win­ning solu­tion for every­one.

 

I think I have suc­ceed­ed in this goal. As Tal­ent Strat­e­gy & Employ­er Brand­ing Project Man­ag­er, I col­lab­o­rate with dif­fer­ent orga­ni­za­tions, dis­cov­er­ing what makes them unique and sug­gest­ing them the most inno­v­a­tive solu­tions to engage the best tal­ents. Empa­thy and curios­i­ty lead me to engage in a con­tin­u­ous dia­logue with peo­ple to under­stand their needs and expec­ta­tions – which today more than ever require com­pa­nies to change their approach to meet them.

 

I strong­ly believe that no orga­ni­za­tion can grow with­out tak­ing care of its peo­ple. For this rea­son, my dai­ly com­mit­ment is to ensure that com­pa­nies’ goals are achieved answer­ing employ­ees’ needs, mak­ing tan­gi­ble the Employ­er Val­ue Propo­si­tion and the promis­es made to can­di­dates through increas­ing­ly dis­rup­tive and engag­ing activ­i­ties, method­olo­gies, and tools.
