People Centricity

Since I was a child, I believed in the importance of seizing all the opportunities that life has to offer. I have always been particularly fascinated by the possibility of learning about distant cultures and building relationships with the people I meet – besides, for a long time I dreamed of a diplomatic career, to make it my job.

I studied Political Science and I developed a strong passion about law and more generally about the relationship between people and companies. As I obtained a Master in Human Resources and Organization, I’ve started my career as a Consultant. I realized the importance of putting people at the heart of every decision: something I found in Glasford’s values.

I still preserve the same spirit as I was a child. As a Principal, I strive every day to connect people with the job opportunities that will convert their dreams and ambitions into reality. I listen to everyone’s story and dialogue with clients, candidates and colleagues to grasp all possible points of view, aware that true evolution is possible only thanks to the exchanges and contaminations inherent in every encounter, be it between people or between professionals and companies.
