If you had asked me as a child what I dreamed of being when I grew up, I probably would have answered hostess, to travel constantly discovering new languages and cultures, or psychologist, to learn about the human mind in all its facets. I have been always fascinated by the possibility of establishing endless dialogue with the people around me, and it is still what I am most passionate about in my work.

As Glasford’s Human Capital Senior Consultant, in fact, my job is to thoroughly understand the needs of companies and co-construct with them the best strategy to meet them, through integrated projects across the three business lines. To do this, I always think that the ocean is made up of many drops: this for me means never losing sight of all the nuances that characterize each work environment and each person in it. Even seemingly similar companies, in fact, bring with them peculiarities that set them apart.

Accompanying organizations on their path of evolution, on my point of view, means continuing to improve my knowledge and establishing a relationship of mutual trust with the companies that rely on us, going beyond the individual project. Only in this way does every relationship become a way to grow together.
